Making An Application
HOW TO APPLY
Before completing the online Application Form (below), please compare the Beneficiary with the sort of musicians we help, and compare the proposed activity with the sort of opportunities we support, by going to our Who We Help and How We Help pages respectively.
The form can be completed simply using a static or laptop computer. If you do not have one available, the form itself can be downloaded from this website to a mobile device (tablet or smart phone) equipped with the Adobe Acrobat Reader app, then completed as a pdf from within the Acrobat Reader app.
If using a computer, the form can be completed directly via this website. Once complete, it should be exported or saved to the computer as a pdf document.
Whether using a static or mobile device, the application should then be attached as a pdf file and emailed to us at:

The form must be completed by an adult aged 18 years or over. This is the Applicant. Normally the application will be for a scholarship award on behalf of a young person aged between 11 and 18 years. This is the Beneficiary. The Beneficiary can complete this form only if aged 18 or over at the time the form is submitted, in which case they will be both the Applicant and Beneficiary. But in most cases, the Applicant will be the Beneficiary’s parent or carer.
Guidance on completing each individual question is shown within square brackets immediately to the right hand side of the relevant question. Those questions that must be completed and may not be left blank are shown with an asterisk (*) and highlighted in red. Check carefully all these fields are filled in.
We give prompt consideration to all applications, which are reviewed by the Board of Trustees. Those that meet the charity’s funding criteria may be approved, subject to receiving a suitably supporting reference from the nominated referee. You should receive a response from us within ten working days of submission.
